Hocine grew up in Algeria and his first job was working alongside his father in the family business. He moved to London 18 years ago and immediately started working as a chef for the 5 star hotel Conrad International. Hocine joined the Errol Douglas salon in 2003 and is an integral part of the salon experience creating delicious, simple handmade food and fabulous booster drinks for our clients.
